An error in axe Monitor caused scans to exclude PDFs from scan results between April 1 at 12 AM EST, and April 9 at 10 AM EST. The issue has now been resolved, and scans are running as expected. If your scans did not have PDF settings enabled, your scan results were not impacted by this issue.
This error may have generated inaccurate accessibility scores in axe Monitor and axe Reports during these dates. We urge you to re-run any scans that completed between April 1 at 12 AM EST and April 9 at 10 AM EST, and delete scan data in axe Reports that you do not want to keep.
