axe Monitor customers on versions 7.5.3 and earlier who were using axe core 4.10 are now running on axe-core version 4.9, ensuring full compatibility with our system. All normal activities, including creating organizations may be resumed on axe Monitor.
Note: We are diligently working to incorporate axe-core version 4.10 in future axe Monitor releases, including version 8.0 and 7.5.4.

axe Monitor users are currently unable to Create Organisations. Deque is working diligently to fix this issue. In the meantime, please avoid creating new organisations. Contact helpdesk@deque.com if you encounter any issues.
axe-core version 4.10 is not currently compatible with axe Monitor. We recommend axe Monitor customers use axe core version 4.9. Soon, all axe Monitor customers using axe core 4.10 will be switched to axe core 4.9. This page will be updated when this change is complete.
