Axe Assistant is now fully operational. The earlier disruption was caused by a temporary overload on Anthropic's API servers, which is a third-party dependency outside of Deque's control. The issue has been resolved on Anthropic's end and all services are functioning as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Axe Assistant was reported as unavailable. The error message indicated an overloaded_error (HTTP 529), meaning Anthropic's servers were temporarily unable to process requests due to high traffic volume. This is a third-party (Anthropic) capacity issue and not related to Deque's configuration or the user's request.
The recommended action is to retry the request, ideally with exponential backoff. The situation is being monitored and a developer has been contacted for further investigation.
